Frosted Grahams


2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk or half-and-half
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
graham crackers

Place butter or margarine in a small saucepan and melt over low heat. Remove from heat. Add powdered sugar, milk or half-and-half, and vanilla. Beat with a whisk or wooden spoon until smooth and easy to spread. Add a little more milk or half-and-half if it's too thick. Spread 1 tablespoon frosting on a graham cracker square with a table knife or small spatula. Top with another square to make a mini sandwich. Press together gently. Make as many as you like.
